For this class Judy will be teaching a technique she created using colored pencils, pencil solvent, and panpastels to paint this beautiful 8 x 10 Texas Cardinal. All materials are supplied by the teacher. Your work of art will be completed and presented in an 11x14 mat at the end of the class.
